Is there really a free trial with no credit card?⌄
Yes — 14 days free, no card required. Full access to every module in your selected plan, no feature locks.
Can I change my tier or modules later?⌄
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or toggle modules any time from Settings → Subscription. Changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
Where is patient data stored?⌄
In the European Union — specifically Dublin, Ireland (eu-west-1). Data never leaves the EEA. A signed GDPR DPA is available on request.
Do you support patient SMS reminders?⌄
Yes. SMS, email reminders, recall messages and direct two-way patient communication are part of the Notifications module.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?⌄
No. Sign up, follow the guided 5-step onboarding and you're live in under 30 minutes. We also do free data migration if you're switching from another platform.
Can I export my data?⌄
Yes — your data is yours. Full export in CSV/JSON is available any time. After cancellation we keep it for 30 days, then permanently delete.
Which languages are supported?⌄
English today. Hungarian and German are landing in Q2 2026. The patient-facing booking portal supports custom branding per clinic.
Is the AI mandatory?⌄
No. AI features are an opt-in add-on. The core platform is fully usable without AI — turn it on whenever you're ready.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?⌄
