MedOs is a Software-as-a-Service practice management platform for healthcare clinics. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. New customers receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel any time; no refunds are issued for partial months/years.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service; use it to send spam; attempt to access other clinics' data; upload malicious files; or use the Service for clinical decision-making (AI features are advisory only).
AI features (clinical note structuring, treatment plan suggestions, anomaly detection) are advisory tools onlyand must always be reviewed by a qualified clinician before use. MedOs is not a medical device under MDR/FDA.
You retain full ownership of all patient data and clinical records. We act only as a processor on your behalf. On termination, you can export all data within 30 days. After 90 days post-termination, data is permanently deleted.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Critical incidents are addressed within 4 business hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost patients, etc.).
You may terminate any time from Settings → Subscription. We may terminate for breach of these Terms, non-payment after 30 days, or extended inactivity (12+ months).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes are resolved in Hungarian courts unless otherwise required by EU consumer law.
